Liverpool fans are currently one of the most excited sets of people in the world. Apart from the thoughts of winning the Champions League on Saturday at Kiev, they have also been linked with a handful of talented players – one of which is Lyon’s Nabil Fekir.
Fekir has been consistently in the news due to his links with Jurgen Klopp’s side, and the more recently, the German boss has dropped some hints that his side are set to make their move for the France international.
The former Dortmund manager admits Liverpool need ‘more quality’ and are set to replace Brazilian superstar Philippe Coutinho.
Naby Keita is joining the Merseysiders this summer, but Klopp is still keen on adding more quality to his midfield department to enable him to add more power to his team, and he is still in the market for a superb midfielder.
There are reports Liverpool are at the forefront to getting Fekir’s signature and are ready to pay £60 million to bring him down to England.
And speaking ahead of his side’s Champions League final clash with Real Madrid on Saturday, Jurgen indicated he is seeking to sign a replacement for Philippe Coutinho.
The German boss said he desires to sign an attacking midfielder to support his three attackers – Firmino, Salah and Mane, and he assured the fans he will definitely ‘bring in’ a ‘couple of players’ this summer.
