Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp wants his summer signing Mohamed Salah to get even better in front of goal this season.

The German boss broke the transfer record at Anfield just to sign the Egypt international to the premier league during the summer transfer window, when he paid Roma £36million for his signature.

Salah has quickly settled to life at his new club and has scored 12 goals in 17 appearances for Liverpool so far this season.

He has been one of the best arrivals to the English top flight this term and has been his side’s go-to man when either of Sadio Mane and Phillipe Coutinho are not available.

Even though the 25-year-old is currently the Liverpool player with the highest goals so far this season, his manager Jurgen Klopp has challenged him to get even better in front of goal.

Speaking recently about the African star player, the former Dortmund manager hailed him as a fantastic player, but still want him to improve.

‘He could have scored even more.’ the tactician said.

Salah helped his country defeat Congo last month to get a ticket for next year’s World Cup at Russia. The former Roma player scored a brace in the match to include his country among Africa’s representatives for the tournament.
