Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici is reportedly in London to finalize the move for Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri.
This is according to the report from the stables of Calciomercato which claimed that the Italian champions believe that a deal is close to completion with the presence of Paratici in London.
It was revealed that Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich won’t sanction the move for Sarri if Juventus don’t pay compensation for the Italian tactician.
Maurizio Sarri has a year left on the Chelsea contract he penned last summer.
The former Empoli and Napoli manager signed a two-year contract to become the Chelsea manager last summer with the option of a third year.
Maurizio Sarri is the top transfer target for Juventus in their bid to replace Maximiliano Allegri who left the Turin-based club at the end of the just concluded Italian Serie A campaign.
Allegri won five successive Italian Serie A titles during his stay at Turin and also led the Old Lady to both the 2015 and the 2017 Champions League finals.
Juventus were beaten on both occasions by Spanish opposition.
The Italians lost 3-1 to Spanish La Liga champions Barcelona during the 2015 Champions League final before they lost 4-1 to Real Madrid in 2017 final which sealed a second successive title for the Los Merengues.
