It appears Justin Kluivert would leave PSV at the end of this season, with club CEO Edwin van der Sar admitting they could lose the youngster this summer.
Kluivert is one of the best youngsters in the continent and has caught the attention of a handful of top European clubs including Manchester United. It appears the Old Trafford club needs his signature than every other side.
Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has known the 18-year-old since he was a child and has picked up interest in the talented player.
Some days back, it was speculated that the youngster was being hindered from leaving Ajax by the club CEO Van der Sar. The former Manchester United goalie reportedly wants the teenager to continue developing in the country.
However, it appears the former goalkeeper has resigned to losing the talented player. Van der Sar also added that popular agent Mino Raiola is the main ‘culprits’ trying to lure him away from PSV.
Van der Sar, however, said it is improper allowing players aged 18 or 19 leave the club without developing more at PSV. He also described Mino Raiola’s activities as ‘a shame’.
Justin has just one year left on his current contract at PSV. The Netherlands heavyweights might lose him for nothing next summer if he failed to put pen on paper for a new deal with them.
