Good news for Chelsea as Barcelona defeated Real Madrid

The El Classico went down yesterday between two Spanish giant clubs, Real Madrid and Barcelona but the game seems to have lost its touch ever since the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid.

Prior to the match between the two Spanish clubs, there have been clear indications that the Catalans will win the match and it was not far from the truth.

The game ended with five goals to one in favor of Barcelona.

Real Madrid have been struggling to perform this season under coach Julen Lopetegui, the Los Blancos are at the 7th spot on the La Liga table while Barca remains at the very top.

Yesterday’s defeat to Barcelona has further pushed coach Julen Lopetegui closer to getting a sack letter in January.

And Real Madrid are likely to bring in former Chelsea coach, Antonio Conte as Julen Lopetegui’s replacement in January.

However, this is a good news for the Blues because if Antonio Conte ends up becoming the new coach at Santiago Bernabeu, Eden Hazard will not be willing to move to Spain.

This is because the Belgian striker struggled under Antonio Conte during his reign at Stamford Bridge and he wouldn’t want to play under the Italian coach even if he loves Real Madrid.
