Finally,Liverpool’s Keita gets replacement at Lipzig

German Bundesliga giants RB Leipzig have announced the signing of Malian international player Amadou Haidara as a replacement for Liverpool star Naby Keita.

Haidara was then praised as the man to step into the big shoes of Naby Keita by RB Leipzig manager Ralf Rangnick.

The Malian would be a direct replacement for Naby Keita who left the club to join Premier League table toppers Liverpool in the summer in a multi-million pounds transfer.

Amadou Haidara, 20, becomes an RB Leipzig player after putting pen to paper on a five-year deal.

Austrian side Red Bull Salzburg had earlier agreed to an undisclosed transfer fee with RB Leipzig for him.

Haidara would have to wait for his debut as he’s presently recovering from a knee injury as confirmed by RB Leipzig manager Ralf Rangnick.

He would be hoping to follow in the footsteps of fellow African Naby Keita at the German club.

Guinean international star Naby Keita was a key player for Leipzig before his move to the Premier League in the summer.

Keita started the season in the Liverpool XI before his debut Liverpool campaign was disrupted by a hamstring injury.

The Guinean is back in the starting XI after recovering from the said setback.

He featured for Liverpool in their last league game at Wolverhampton Wanderers as he helped the Reds to edge four points clear at the top of the Premier League table.
