Eden Hazard waiting for offer from Spain; stalls new Chelsea deal

Chelsea star Eden Hazard is refusing to agree on a new deal at the West London club so as to force a move to Spanish La Liga giant Real Madrid, as reported by The Times.

Belgium international forward Eden Hazard has put his negotiations on hold until the summer, despite the Stamford Bridge outfit being ready to offer the attacking midfielder £300,000-weekly to make him their highest earner.

The Real Madrid target does remain delighted at Chelsea and with a contract that runs for the next two and half years, the exciting forward is content on waiting before signing the dotted lines.

The Belgian has been in brilliant form lately, which included a double last weekend against Premier League returnee Newcastle United to set his team on their way to a vital win as they try to keep pace with high flying Manchester City on the log.

The Chelsea star has formed a great partnership with Spain international striker Alvaro Morata up front for the Blues and the duo look prepared to play a vital role in Chelsea’s season.

Eden Hazard will hope to keep his brilliant form going into January, a year in which his National team, Belgium will trade tackle with Gareth Southgate tutored England during the FIFA World Cup group stages in Russia.
