Chelsea Superstar feels sorry for former boss Jose Mourinho after win over Man Utd

Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard has told Sky Sports he felt really bad for former boss Jose Mourinho during the Blues’ dramatic drop in form in the 2015-16 League season before the Portuguese tactician was sacked by the club.

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho left the west London club in December 2015 after a bad start to the new season left them closer to the relegation zone than the apex of the English Premier League log.

Eden Hazard and his team-mates struggled to perform consistently after having secured the English Premier League crown in Grand style in the 2014-15 League campaign.

The Belgium international playmaker, like most of his colleagues, struggled to recreate the good form of the League season before as the team ended up finishing a disappointing 10th in the table.

Eden Hazard, 26, admits that he still does not know exactly what happened that League season.

The Premier League Champions are aiming to defend their English Premier League title this campaign after they won the title in Italian manager Antonio Conte’s first season in charge at the West London club last campaign.

The West London club return to English Premier League duty after the forthcoming international break when they lock horns with West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns on Saturday, November 18.
