Alex Sandro to Leave Juventus Due to Dwindling Form
Juventus and Brazilian defender Alex Sandro has been tipped to leave Turin in the summer due to his declining form.
The player hasn’t been too impressive for the Scudetto Champions since the return of the league from its mid-season break in January and he could be heading to Premier League in the summer with Chelsea reportedly leading the race for his signature.
Chelsea were linked with the player during the previous transfer market in January but Conte’s bid was rejected by the Turin outfits who reaffirmed the player wasn’t for sale.
The Blues are now boosted in their chance after the player’s service according to Italian media outlet Tuttosport, which suggests that Maximiliano Allegri is no longer keen on keeping Sandro beyond this season.
They also report that the Serie A giants are not willing to set a huge price tag on the player as they want to cash-in on him considering his current uninspiring form.
Maximiliano Allegri’s side seem ready to let go of the Brazilian in the summer as they are reportedly looking for a capable replacement ahead of next season.
They are reportedly linked with a move for Arsenal left-back Hector Bellerin who is presently rated as one of the most promising talents in European football.
Chelsea and Manchester United are set for an intense competition for the Brazilian whose value could rise up should he put in a stellar performance for the Samba Boys in the summer World Cup.
