Chelsea allegedly do not feel that any player is untouchable in the squad and have named their asking price for the forward in question.
Morata set to leave
Chelsea will permit Spain international striker Alvaro Morata to go for only €60million and are eyeing Paris Saint Germain striker Edison Cavani as their next forward.
A story from Italian publication CalcioMercato has said that the Blues do not feel that the Spaniard is unsellable and will permit him to go for the same fee that he was bought just a summer ago at €60m. Despite just having had the striker’s services for only a term it looks like they do not plan to make any gain on his transfer and would be satisfied with breaking even on the forward.
Chelsea keen on Cavani
The report also states that the West London club are looking to chase PSG forward Edison Cavani with the Uruguayan having bagged a total of 113 goals for the Ligie 1 Champions since signing them from Italian Serie A side Napoli.
Former Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata has had a dissipating campaign under Italian tactician Antonio Conte at Stamford Bridge and has often been dropped for key matches.
He was notably dropped from the Blues’ first-leg clash with La Liga Champions FC Barcelona in the UEFA Champions League this term with the former Juventus boss opting to instead play Belgium star Eden Hazard as a false nine.
