After Chelsea’s Kante Won The PFA Award, Tottenham Fans Took To Social Media To Rant

It is no longer news that Chelsea midfielder and France international N’Golo Kante went home with the PFA Player of the Year award on Sunday, and different reactions are here already.

And now, some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to social media to disagree with the choice.

Kante, in his first season at Chelsea, won the individual accolade, being preferred to others including his Chelsea teammate Eden Hazard.

And following Tottenham Hotspur’s 4-2 defeat to Chelsea last Saturday at the FA Cup semi final at Wembley, Tottenham fans disagreed with the Frenchman receiving the main award, and insists that Kante made little impact at the Wembley game.

Since arriving at Chelsea last summer, Kante has been a key member of Conte’s squad and played a pivotal role in helping lift the Stamford Bridge club to the top of the premier league table, a position they dominated for so long.

Despite arriving England last season, the Frenchman has quickly adapt and getting more and more famous in the country due to his brilliant performances. He helped Leicester City win the premier league title last season and was also nominated for the PFA award which he lost to his Leicester teammate Mahrez.

He has helped improve Chelsea with his defensive qualities, and has also developed the offensive side of his game this current campaign.
