Marco Asensio

A new report confirmed by the Sun has made it known that Spanish club, Real Madrid are ready to sell Marcos Asensio.

The young striker has not put up much performance this season scoring just four goals in 11 appearances.

Following the departure of Portugal international, Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid to Juventus, many football fans had believed Marco Asensio will fill the big void left by the world star but as it looks, he has been unable to do so.

This has made the Los Blancos put him up for sale at the sum of £100 million.

Top football clubs across Europe have shown interest in the player, they include, Chelsea, Liverpool, Man Utd, and Paris Saint Germain.

Macro Asensio could end up leaving the Santiago Bernabeu if one of the interested clubs are able to meet up Real Madrid’s demand.

Despite that, the 22-year-old striker has made it known he is not ready to leave Real Madrid.

He said in a recent statement that he never ‘had the intention to go anywhere.’

The youngster further hinted that he is in the third season at Real Madrid and so far he has improved, he said, ”I think I have continuity and more prominence, and I’m seeing [improvement in] the performances I’m doing.”
