Lille President has slammed all reports linking his player Nicole Pepe to the Emirates Stadium as he made it clear that the player will not be released by the club.
The player who has scored about 8 goals, six assists has been heavily linked to the North London with media reports flooding the news that he might be on his way from France.
Lille president Gerard Lopez in his reaction stated that no amount can be tabled for the player that will have him being released to any club at the moment.
Lopez stated that they are still interested in keeping the player but noted that Pepe himself wants to remain in France, he also hinted that there could be a change of mind in the coming summer.
The Lille president also stated that the club will sit with the player to have talks with him so as to have a better understanding of the situation.
Meanwhile, the message has already been sent to other suitors who are believed to be monitoring the player as well.
The North London side are unbeaten this season in their last 15 games but they are not in the best form at the moment having drawn in their last two games.
