Chelsea and Arsenal receive boost in bid to complete the signing of 26-year-old

According to French media reports, Chelsea and Arsenal have received a major boost in their attempt to land Jean Michael Seri this summer transfer window because the Nice star is keen on a switch to the English Premier League.

French publication L’Equipe, as cited by talkSPORT, is claiming that the Nice star is keen to try and complete a move to England this summer transfer window.

The same report says that Serie A side Napoli are weighing up a swoop for the midfielder this summer window, with Brazilian Jorginho on his way to Premier League champions Manchester City.

However, Chelsea and Arsenal could have the upper hand in the transfer race to sign the 26-year-old this summer transfer window because the midfielder is allegedly determined to try and complete a swoop to the English Premier League this summer window.

As per the same report, the Nice star is aware of keen interest from Chelsea and Arsenal and he has opted that a transfer to England should be the next destination in his career.

Both Chelsea and Arsenal are believed to be in the transfer market for a couple of new recruits this summer window as they try and assemble a team good enough to break back into the Premier League top four next campaign.
