Bundesliga Giants Rule Out Chelsea January Move For £70m Star

Chelsea’s hot chase for USA international Christian Pulisic has increasingly taken a huge column of space in the dailies in recent weeks.

Last week, we relayed that the Blues had nailed the deal to sign the 20-year-old Borussia Dortmund star, as claimed by a report in the Daily Mail.

It is understood Chelsea are willing to sanction a whopping 70 million pounds bid for the Dortmund striker, who has been dripping with so much awesomeness this term for the Bundesliga football powerhouse.

Chelsea were raring to conclude the deal on his transfer in January, to evade problems with FIFA, after moving reports suggested the degrading concerns and treatment given to transfers of under-18 players by some big clubs.

Liverpool also have their sights set on the 20-year-old, but Daily Mail’s Martin Samuel owned up that the Blues have the lead, and will cut the ribbon ahead of the finish line to sign up the star ahead of the Reds.

But Dortmund have reportedly rejected moots above a January move. Negotiations have gone south over agreeing to a new deal with Pulisic,who has fessed up above joining a Premier League club.

Talks have stalled between the player’s representatives and Dortmund, however, the Bundesliga outfit has ruled out a January move.

They intend for him to stay till the end of the season as revealed by Sporting director Michael Zorc.

“We need Christian significantly,” he strongly emphasised.
