Liverpool are reportedly out of the race to sign Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey on a free transfer at the end of this season.
The 27-year-old is on his way out of North London after the Gunners withdrew their offer of a new contract.
He has less than a year left on his current Arsenal contract and the uncertainty over his future at the Emirates Stadium has sparked transfer rumours
According to the report from popular English TV channel Sky Sports, Liverpool are no longer interested in signing the Welsh international midfielder.
The Reds were previously keen on a move for him but the former European champions have decided to focus their attention on other things.
Apart from Liverpool, other European heavyweights like Italian Serie A champions Juventus, Manchester United and seven-time European champions AC Milan are also said to be interested in signing the former Cardiff City playmaker.
Ramsey will almost certainly seal a free transfer move away from Arsenal next summer at the end of his contract.
He’s free to start negotiations with foreign clubs over a possible free transfer as from the 1st of January when he has six months left on his contract.
The Welsh midfielder joined Arsenal in 2008 from Cardiff City after the Gunners won the race to sign him ahead of rivals Manchester United.
