Manchester United star player Paul Pogba has provided his side’s supporters with a new injury update on his social media page.

The talented player has been out of action for some weeks now due to an injury he sustained during their Champions League group stage game against Basel at Old Trafford.

Belgium midfielder Marouane Fellaini quickly picked up the responsibilities of replacing the Frenchman in Jose Mourinho’s squad, and the Belgian star was able to add quality to the team before picking up an injury during the recent international break.

Since veteran midfielder Michael Carrick is also injured, Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho will be desperate to have Pogba back in his squad. And the Frenchman’s latest post on instagram is suggesting that a return isn’t too far away.

The former Juventus player released a video of him performing a tough workout to music.

His side clashed with Liverpool on Saturday at Anfield, and Mourinho could only make use of Nemanja Matic and Ander Herrera at the center of the park, with no other reliable midfielder to help change the tempo of the game that eventually ended 0-0.

The red devils will play Benfica next in the Champions League on Wednesday, but the France international is not expected to feature in the game.
