Star Player Didn’t Travel With Manchester United After Chelsea Transfer Links

It appears Anthony Martial will eventually become a Chelsea player before the end of this ongoing summer transfer window.

The France international didn’t travel with the rest of the guys to Germany for their friendly game against Bayern Munich, after Chelsea transfer links.

Last week, Anthony departed the side’s camp in the USA to welcome the birth of his son. He failed to report back to training when he should, and he later explained he stayed back in France with his partner – Melanie Da Cruz – as a result of complications that were associated with the birth.

Manager Jose Mourinho was quite displeased with the player for not returning to America to make himself available for the last days of their pre-season tour, and it was claimed the club actually fined him.

Although he was at their training ground on Friday, the former Monaco player didn’t travel with the rest of his teammates for their final game against Bayern Munich.

It was reported that the red devils offered the Frenchman to Chelsea in their attempt to bring Willian to the Theater of Dreams this summer.

Obviously, Anthony is fed up with life at Old Trafford under manager Jose Mourinho, and he is keen on playing elsewhere this season.
