According to reports, Manchester United star player Zlatan Ibrahimovic has agreed to a deal with American side LA Galaxy.
It was made known that the Swede legend has even secretly signed a contract with the club some days back.
Zlatan is currently focusing on rebuilding his fitness levels and has been sidelined since Boxing Day.
The former Barcelona striker returned too early from a fatal injury he sustained last season, and the decision was made to give him more time to recover.
Zlatan joined Manchester United in the summer of 2016 as a free man, and he quickly settled to life at Old Trafford. The Swedish legend became the main man upfront in Mourinho’s starting XI and was the Manchester United player with the highest goals in his maiden campaign in England.
He was however replaced by Romelu Lukaku last summer, and with the inclusion of Alexis Sanchez this January, it is obvious the 36-year-old won’t get more chances anymore.
And according to L’Equipe, the former PSG man has agreed to join LA Galaxy and he is ready to leave Manchester United.
The American top flight campaign kicks off in March and the MLS club would definitely want the veteran striker available for selection. Since his current contract at Old Trafford expires in June, the red devils are likely to release him early so as to accommodate his move to the United States.
