Mauricio Pochettino

The big job for Mauricio Pochettino might have started ahead of his potential move following reports that he has already made his demand for the player he wants to sign.

Reports have it that the Red Devils are making efforts to convince the North London outfit Tottenham boss into having a switch to the Old Trafford as a replacement for sacked manager Jose Mourinho.

The report claims that a secret talk has been held between United’s executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward and the Argentina boss and an agreement might have been reached but nothing has been made public.

However, latest report claims that should Mauricio Pochettino join United, he will seek to have Leicester City player James Maddison along with him.

The star midfielder has been impressive so far this season with Mauricio Pochettino keen to work with him either at Tottenham or at United, pending were he would be heading to in the summer transfer window.

This therefore means that the Red Devils will have to break the bank for the player as they will not secure the service of the Leicester City star midfielder for free.

United have identified Mauricio Pochettino as they top target and will do all it takes to convince him into a move to the Old Trafford next season.
