West Ham United are set to make a renewed bid for striker Michy Batshuayi, according to reports.

The forward is believed to be seriously considering his future at the Stamford Bridge and the Hammers have lined up a move for him.

Batshuayi who has not made a single start in the Premier League is set to be overlooked by Antonio Conte once again for their encounter against Leicester City.

Reports in the Daily Experess have it that West Ham boss Slaven Bilic is keen on the 23-year-old and is readying an offer believed to be in the region of £20m to secure his services on a permanent basis, having seen an initial loan proposal turned down earlier this month.

Batshuayi has been previously linked with a loan move out of Chelsea with the likes of Paris Saint Germaine also set to be in contention for his signature.

The Hammers are said to be hoping to finance the deal from the sale of Dimtri Payet who certainly looks set to leave the club in the January transfer window.

However, the Blues are unlikely to let the striker move this month following the recent issues with Diego Costa who is currently sidelined for disciplinary issues.

Batshuayi will hope to sort his future this month as his form might start to deterrioate due to his lack of action under Antonio Conte.
