Liverpool Top Target: I Don’t Want These Clubs, This Is The Club I Want

The season approaches it end in the premier league and various stars are already linked with different clubs ahead of the summer transfer window.

Southampton star defender Virgil Van Dijk is set to leave the club at the end of this season and is already linked with different top premier league clubs including Liverpool, Chelsea, and Manchester City.

Van Dijk is set to be one of the hottest properties in the upcoming summer, and even though the three Premier League heavyweights desire persuading him away from St. Mary’s to their respective sides, reports suggests that he is keen to link up with former Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola there at Man City.

It was said that Manchester City have the edge on their rivals for the superb defender because the player is a big fan of Pep Guardiola’s footballing philosophy.

Sources close to him say he would ignore other offers from Chelsea and Liverpool just for the Manchester club.

This update won’t be stomached pleasantly by Chelsea’s boss Antonio Conte ahead of the next transfer window as he has reportedly made the 25-year-old a top target alongside Everton forward Romelu Lukaku.

It was added that his club Southampton are not going to sell him for anything bellow 50 Million Pounds, and if things went as planned, the center-back would become the most expensive defender ever.
