Video: Chelsea midfielder arrives AC Milan on loan for medical
New report have made it known that Chelsea and France international, Tiemoue Bakayoko has touched down in Italy.
The France midfielder has been linked with a move to AC Milan from Chelsea in the past, however, we can confirm that he has arrived at the Italian club, where he is expected to have his first medical after which he will be officially unveiled.
The youngster was made to understand he will not have much playing time at Stamford Bridge owing to the presence of an additional midfielder, Jorginho, at the club.
Maurizio Sarri signs his most important partner – not Jorginho
One thing is Chelsea new boss, Sarri Maurizio will favour Jorginho over the France international because the coach and the former had once shared a past at their former club Napoli.
According to report, Chelsea and AC Milan have reached an agreement on the player as he will be at the Italian club on loan for one whole season after which AC Milan have the option to buy him permanently.
The loan has been fixed at £5 million while the actual buy out clause is fixed at £35 million. This means the Italian club will spend a total of £40 million.
Bakayoko had joined Chelsea from Monaco but didn’t have much playing chances at Stamford Bridge.
