Real Madrid and Spain captain Sergio Ramos has spoken ahead of his country’s clash against England in the UEFA Nations League on Monday.

The Spanish team will be hosting Gareth Southgate’s team at the Estadio Benito Villamarin in Sevilla in a bid to seal their top spot in Group A4 before the final round of fixtures.

According to Ramos says beating England, the inventors of the round leather game will be a delightful one for him to enjoy.

The Real Madrid defender stated that he has played a lot of games against England based clubs and also the national team. He made it clear that it is always more enjoyable to win against the national team as it will make more noise around the world and footballers.

However, Ramos showered praises on the current crop of players in the Southgate’s team, noting that captain Kane has been playing on a top level for a number of years.

Spain are tipped to come out victorious in the game having won the first leg at Wembley by 2-1. They will now be playing at home which keeps them in a better position especially after crushing Croatia 8-0 in their last game.

Spain are now 5 points away from England and Croatia.
