Strange fact on why Nottingham will win race for Reece Oxford over Arsenal

English Premier League outfit Arsenal have been linked with a move for Nottingham Forest central defender Reece Oxford but they might not be able to secure his signature anymore.

With the winter transfer window already rounding up, Nottingham Forest are reported to have entered the race for the 20-year-old and have could win the race for his signature.

Both sides are desperate in need of defenders with the North London side losing about three of their defenders while Nottingham Forest also have a problem of quality in their defence.

But the Championship side might as well win the race because they have shown more seriousness in the pursuit of the player and they are willing to strike the deal in coming days.

Also, the England international has got more hope of regular football with the Tricky Trees than with the Emirate Stadium owing to the level of both clubs.

However, Reece Oxford has scored three goals this season and made one assist in all competitions from the 15 games under his belt which makes him the big deal for his suitors.

Reece Oxford has got a contract running with Nottingham Forest until 2021 with a release clause of £10 million.
