Manchester United star player Paul Pogba has been in the news consistently in recent times and has been heavily linked with a move away from Old Trafford after emerging as a target for La Liga champions Barcelona.
More recently, there are claims that the Frenchman has threatened to quit Old Trafford unless he receives a £200,000-a-week pay rise.
Pogba struggled a lot last season under manager Jose Mourinho and it appears he is no longer in the good books of the Portuguese boss.
The France international desire joining another side where he can get to play in his natural position.
And while Manchester United are understood to have rejected an offer from Barcelona few days ago, there are new reports that the player will only stay at Old Trafford if he gets a new deal.
According to the Sun, the midfielder, who currently earns £180,000 each week at United, has told the management that he wants to earn as much as what Alexis Sanchez currently earns at the club.
The Chilean joined the red devils from Arsenal last January and he signed a deal that pays him £380k each week.
It was also added that manager Jose Mourinho is not bothered about Pogba and he is looking at securing Sergej Milinkovic-Savic’s signature if Pogba eventually leaves.
