West Ham star player Marko Arnautovic has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United and has been consistently in the news due to his links with the club.
However, the talented player has recently poured cold water on the speculations surrounding his future.
United boss Jose Mourinho travelled to Austria last month to watch their friendly game against Russia, and it was speculated the tactician was there to see Arnautovic in action.
It was claimed that the Portuguese tactician has contacted the player’s agent to discuss the possibilities of a move to Old Trafford this summer.
However, his current side have slapped a strong £60M price tag on his shoulders and are unlikely to allow him leave for cheap.
Speaking recently about his situation, Marko insists he is ‘happy’ at West Ham and that he hasn’t been contacted by Manchester United for his signature.
It is unlikely that Jose Mourinho will pay up to £60 Million to secure the services of a player like Marko. According to reports, the Old Trafford club feels the right price for him is £35M.
So, over to Manchester United fans. Should Jose Mourinho press to sign Marko? Should he pay West Ham £60M for the player’s signature?
