Chelsea forward Pedro Rodriguez has confirmed that he is happy to remain at Stamford Bridge beyond the current summer transfer window.
Impressive attacker
The Spain international forward has been earning rave reviews for his strong performances for the London since arriving in 2015 from La Liga giants Barcelona.
The Spaniard played a prominent role in helping the Blues to win the English Premier League title in manager Antonio Conte’s debut season in charge at the West London club in the 2016-17 campaign, and the little man also helped them to win the Emirates FA Cup last season.
He has been frequently linked with a transfer away from Stamford Bridge but the attacker himself has now confirmed that he is delighted to remain at the club and fight for his starting place.
Pedro keen to stay
Talking to Cadena Ser, the former Barcelona star said obviously he has a contract at Stamford Bridge and most likely he will remain at the club because he is good at Chelsea.
Chelsea are thought to be in the market for a couple of new arrivals this summer transfer window as they attempt to assemble a team capable of winning the English Premier League title next term.
The Blues ended up in fifth position on the League table log last season as they missed out on Champions League qualification next term, before defeating rivals Manchester United in the Emirates FA Cup final at Wembley Stadium.
