Manchester United defender Eric Bailly is presently furious with his inability to get regular game-time so far this season and he could be heading out of Old Trafford in January, that’s according to the Mirror.
The Ivorian international started United’s first two games of the season against Leicester City and Brighton but he was dropped to the bench in subsequent matches.
He was an unused substitute in their 3-0 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur, while he played a single minute against Burnley.
It was speculated that he wanted a move out of Old Trafford following a fall-out with Mourinho, however, his summer transfer request wasn’t granted by Woodward before the window closes.
In their early post on Monday, the British media claim that the Ivorian wants to move elsewhere in January and Tottenham are keen on his signature.
Mauricio Pochettino failed to add any player his team this summer, but he is set to make wholesome changes to his team in the next transfer market.
The Argentine is reportedly keeping close tabs on Bailly’s situation at Old Trafford, hoping to make an offer for him in January.
It remains unknown if Vice-chairman Woodward would sanction the player’s switch to the North London club, considering the rivalry that exists between both clubs.
