As the season runs to an end, North London outfit Arsenal boss Unai Emery already has his eyes on the coming season and how to compete for major titles as well.
He has therefore sent a big message to the club’s management that they have to spend big to help him deliver silverware at the Emirates Stadium.
The North London outfit did not get busy in the last January transfer window as they were only able to bring in Spanish winger Denis Suarez who is yet to make an impact.
The Gunners boss had explained in the last window that he has been told that funds would be made available ahead of the coming summer window for more additions.
However, Unai Emery has informed the management that the first step for next season begins with spending big in the market so as to secure quality players that can help deliver trophies.
The former PSG and Sevilla boss stressed that he is willing to develop younger players who have been handed first team play but that must go with bringing in quality players.
He, therefore, noted that Arsenal is a great club and the objective is to be the best in England and Europe.
