Harry Redknapp is of the opinion that Liverpool need to beat the duo of Arsenal and Chelsea to get Joe Hart, urging Jurgen Klopp to sign the English goalkeeper.
Joe is on loan at Serie A side Torino after being exiled at Manchester City and he is expected to be available this summer.
Arsenal too were linked with a move for the superb goalie last night, but the Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has dismissed his interest.
Premier League table leaders Chelsea are also understood to be keen on Hart, but Redknapp believes that he would be perfect for Liverpool.
Liverpool German manager Jurgen Klopp signed Loris Karius this summer, but the goalie has been in and out the team with Simon Mignolet winning his place back.
Redknapp however thinks that both of them are susceptible to mistakes and can be improved on, confessing that he is not even sure who is the best out of the two of them.
“They’ve both got a ricket in them unfortunately but he obviously had his opinions who he thought would be No 1.”
“They’re decent goalkeepers but they’re not top, top keepers and that’s what they need.
“Joe Hart would be a perfect for them if they can get him.” he said.
The Reds are still yet to win a Premier League game this year.
