Ahead of Manchester United premier league clash with Watford on Saturday afternoon, Paul Merson is already tipping Mourinho’s side to get the full points.
The former Arsenal man is tipping Manchester United to boost their hopes of a top-four finish in the Premier League by beating Watford 3-0 at Old Trafford come Saturday.
The Old Trafford club head into the game following their impressive 3-0 win over defending champions Leicester City at the King Power Stadium last weekend as they attempt to break back into the Champions League qualification spots.
Portuguese tactician Jose Mourinho has been given the responsibility of steering the red devils back into the top four this season.
And Paul Merson on his part does not envisage Watford causing United any problems at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon.
Merson writing in his column for Sky Sports said even though Watford have had a couple of good results, it is hard to look past Man United at Old Trafford.
“When you fail to find the net a couple of times it’s unlucky, but now it has to be classed as bad finishing.”
The red devils are currently in the sixth position in the Premier League table and are 14 points behind table leaders Chelsea as they look to get their domestic campaign back on track under Mourinho.
