€80m-rated target to emerge as Petr Cech replacement

The North London outfit Arsenal are reported to have made their first contact with Spanish La Liga outfit Valencia for the signature of their star goalkeeper Norberto Murara who is also known as Neto.

The London outfit is set to part ways with their legendary goalkeeper Petr Cech now that the season has ended with the former Chelsea stopper already announcing his retirement from active football in the course of the season.

This has forced Arsenal to move out in the summer transfer market for a goalkeeper who will serve as an option to Bernd Leno ahead of the coming season.

Petr Cech has been the first Choice goalkeeper since he arrived at the North London outfit but everything changed with the coming of the former Bayern Leverkusen stopper in the last summer transfer window.

Bernd Leno came directly into the team to emerge as the first choice goalkeeper ahead of the former Chelsea stopper.

Just like the usual practice, Bernd Leno kept the English Premier League games while Petr Cech took charge of the Europa League games.

Now that he will be leaving the club, the Valencia goalkeeper who has a contract running with the Spanish La Liga outfit until 2021 is reported to have a release clause of €80 million.
