Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford has finally turned down the chance to join Real Madrid and Juventus, that’s according Manchester Evening News.

The Three Lions striker was linked with a move to Santiago Bernabeu some months back when he wasn’t getting much game-time under Mourinho.

The former United manager wasn’t impressed with Rashford’s work-rate in training and in matches, so, he preferred Alexis Sanchez to the youngster.

At some points in the early stages of the season, the Portuguese manager often ignores him while making the team list and that gave rise to numerous speculations that the player’s day — at the Theater of Dreams — are numbered.

However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has helped Rashford regain his magical goalscoring boot and he now scores frequently just as he did in his breakout season.

As a result of his newfound form and happiness under Solskjaer, the 22-year-old forward has decided to remain at Old Trafford for foreseeable future despite the undying interests from Madrid and Juventus.

The Los Blancos are yet to find someone who will perfectly replace Cristiano Ronaldo and they believe the in-form United star possess all it takes to be the ‘next CR7’

As for Juventus, the Massimiliano Allegri’s side are keen on Rashford’s services despite signing Ronaldo from Madrid in the summer.

However, the manager might need to do with what he currently possess due to the youngster’s decision to remain at Old Trafford beyond this season.

United are on a six-match winning streak, thanks to Solskjaer’s new tactical discipline and friendly atmosphere.

They will hope to extend the great run to seven consecutive victories when they tackle Brighton at Old Trafford on Saturday
