Manchester United star player Romelu Lukaku, while recently talking about his goal drought at Old Trafford, has tagged himself a ‘leopard in the box’ scoring goals.
Lukaku joined Man United from Everton during the summer transfer window and was able to adapt quickly to life at his new club by scoring 16 goals in his first 13 games of the season for them.
But despite a sensational start to the season, the Belgian star has not found the back of the net for the red devils since September.
He was, however, was able to end a seven-game goal drought by scoring twice for Belgium on Friday against Mexico.
And speaking recently about his current situation, the talented player explained that his club’s dip in form made it very tough for him to score goals.
Jose Mourinho’s side started the season in superb form, but have lost two of their last three games and are now eight points behind league leaders Manchester City.
The Belgium international is however happy to end his goal drought with Belgium, and he called himself a ‘leopard in the box’ that is born to score’.
Up next is a premier league game against Newcastle United at Old Trafford this Saturday, and Lukaku will hope to make the fans happy.
