Man City may have to be worried about Liverpool’s new form ahead of the 2018/19 Premier League season.

Despite Man United having the aim to unseat English Football toppers, Manchester City, Liverpool seems the only club so far capable of achieving the feat.

Last season, the Reds had defeated the Blues in three of the four games they met.

Liverpool have repeated the winnings again after they defeated Manchester City at New Jersey in the ongoing International Champions Cup in the US.

The Reds have done some major signing this season which amounted to over £150 million.

Liverpool have gone ahead to sign Fabinho, Nabil Keita, Alisson Becker and recently Shaqiri to Anfield.

This new form of the Reds may have called for concerns for Man City, who have so far signed one player, Riyad Mahrez from Leicester City.

With the look of things, Pep Guardiola may be looking to add one more player to the Man City squad.

However, it looks as if Pep doesn’t share the same worries as he stressed that Liverpool played against Manchester City young team, which is actually true.

The game at New Jersey was played at difference experience scale, Liverpool made use of Mo Salah and Sadio Mane against Man City, who used Cameron Humphreys and Eric Garcia, which happens to be a mismatch.
