Manchester United have been tipped to sign Gareth Bale this summer if Real Madrid does not start him in the Champions League final next Saturday.
The Welsh star has been constantly linked with a move away from Santiago Bernabeu, with reports that United are keen on landing the former Tottenham Hotspur star.
Bale who is recuperating from an injury ahead of their Champions League final against Juventus, is believed to eyeing a place in the starting eleven in order to prove his doubters wrong.
But reports in Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo claim that Manchester United are lurking for some transfer action of Bale failure to make the starting line-up against Juve next Saturday.
There are speculations that the hierarchy at Real Madrid are open to the idea of selling Bale this summer due to his incessant injuries that have ruled him out of most of their crucial games since he joined them in 2013 from Spurs.
It is understood that United boss Jose Mourinho will test Real’s resolve on Bale by offering a lucrative package that will see the Welsh star arrived the Old Trafford this summer.
