Nabil Fekir has been in the news in recent times due to a potential transfer to premier league club Liverpool.
The latest report about him is that he is keen to join the Merseysiders despite a proposed switch falling through.
The French international have been heavily linked with a move away from Lyon this summer transfer window after he emerged as a target for Liverpool.
Manager Jurgen Klopp is yet to sign a replacement for Philippe Coutinho who joined Barcelona in January. The Brazilian star was sold to the La Liga heavyweights for £142M before the closure of the winter transfer window.
He tried to get Fekir’s signature after his impressive performances. Unfortunately, his proposed move to Anfield fell through as a result of Liverpool’s concerns about the condition of one of his knee injury.
Lyon made an announcement that they won’t sell him anymore but will keep him in France for the 2018/19 campaign.
However, speaking recently about the situation, Sky Sports reporter Graves said the reds could still raid Lyon to secure Nabil’s signature before the closure of the summer transfer window.
He insists the player wants to move to Liverpool, and that his agent is ‘desperate’ for the deal to happen.
