English Premier League outfit Man United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has given reasons why their star player Ander Herrera would be asked to stay at the club ahead of the coming season.

Andre Herrera is reportedly on his way out of the Old Trafford as he has announced his decision to leave, a development that has caused issues in the Man United board.

It is claimed that he has agreed on a deal with French Ligue 1 outfit Paris Saint Germain and would be heading there ahead of the coming season.

However, manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is not comfortable with the exit of the star player, claiming that his presence in the team for Man United can help to deliver titles in the coming season.

Meanwhile, reports claim that manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will approach the board to hint them of the importance of keeping Ander Herrera at the club away from PSG as he remains a big fan.

Howbeit, the Evening Standard reports that if Solskjaer fails to succeed for Ander Herrera, he will make efforts to convince the board to go after Gueye who is likely to attract less than the £200,000 weekly salary Herrera had demanded before deciding to leave.
