Paris Saint Germain (PSG) star Kylian Mbappe continues to give Liverpool fans hope over a potential transfer for him this summer.

Earlier this week, the French World Cup winner followed some active Liverpool players on Instagram to send Liverpool fans into transfer ecstasy.

He followed the Liverpool duo of Mohamed Salah and Fabinho on the social media app.

In addition, €180m striker Mbappe also followed former Liverpool players like club legend Steven Gerrard and the Barcelona duo of Luis Suarez and Philippe Coutinho on Instagram.

In his latest interview with popular media channel ESPN, Kylian Mbappe praised Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp who recently led the Reds to the Champions League title.

Klopp and Liverpool won the Champions League title during their final clash with North London giants Tottenham Hotspur which ended in a 2-0 win courtesy goals from Mohamed Salah (penalty) and substitute Divock Origi either side of the halftime interval.

It was their first Champions League title in 14 years since the 2005 triumph which saw Liverpool come from three goals down to beat Italian Serie A giants AC Milan on penalties after both teams had played a 3-3 draw.

When ESPN presenter Mauricio Pedroza asked him about his team on FIFA game, his answer was Liverpool.

When pressed further on his choice, he said Liverpool won the Champions League.
