After splashing lots of cash since he took over the mantle of leadership at Manchester United, manager Jose Mourinho is prepared to spend some more when summer comes.

The Portuguese tactician has already made it known that his side must spend more cash if they are to prevent a strong side like Manchester City from winning the premier league title again next season.

Ahead of the upcoming window, lots of talented players have been linked with Jose Mourinho’s side. However, it was made known that Jose’s priority is to bring in a new left-back at the end of this season since English star Luke Shaw has failed to convinced the former Chelsea boss since he took charge in 2016.

According to the Daily Mail, Celtic youngster Kieran Tierney has caught Mourinho’s attention, and the Portuguese tactician is keen on bringing him over to Old Trafford this summer.

Jose is a big fan of the talented player and has been monitoring his development at Celtic.

It was even made known that he will send scouts to watch the player in their next game against Rangers.

The 20-year-old has a contract at Celtic meant to expire in 2023, and it is obvious his club won’t give him up for cheap. However, the report added that Mourinho has told Woodward to do all it takes to bring the player to Old Trafford when summer comes.
