Paris Saint Germain midfielder Marco Verratti’s agent has hinted at a possible summer move for the midfielder this summer.
The 24-year-old has been heavily linked with a move away from the Parc du Princes since last summer, with reports that he is unhappy with his playing chances in the French Ligue 1 and will fancy a move elsewhere.
Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is understood to be a long-admirer of the midfielder and wants him to join him at the Stamford Bridge, having coached him on the international scene with the Italian national team. German giants, Bayern Munich are believed to be eyeing a move for Verratti as a viable replacement for Xabi Alonso who is set to retire from the club at the end of the current campaign
His agent Donati Di Campli has revealed there will a crunch meeting with the club at the end of the season in a bid to evaluate the transfer situtation.
He told Premium Sport: ‘I don’t feel like saying anything,’
A lot of wrong things have been said. I want to leave things calm, PSG aren’t in the happiest moment. We’ll ask for a meeting with the club to discuss Marco’s future.
‘The club has said that Marco won’t leave, so we have to respect the will of the club.
‘We will, however, make a point of the situation after the Coupe de France final.’
