Liverpool win despite Moyes double Decker, update on Coutinho Injury scare
Liverpool had to labor to win a very defensively set up David Moyes Sunderland team after a 75 minute stalemate.
Jurgen Klopp had to sweat his side against a Moyes side which was going to park the double Decker evidently as he said in the press conference a day before.
Liverpool coach admitted in his post match press conference that he had never seen a more defensively set up team in his entire life while David Moyes moaned about the concentration of his team losing despite keeping a stalemate for 75 minutes.
Liverpool playmaker Philippe Coutinho suffered an injury scare after evidently hurting his ankle, the player was stretched off and seen wearing protected boots but Coach Jurgen Klopp was quick to shot down any serious injury worries saying he spoke to Coutinho and he confirmed he could not feel a thing.
The extent of the Brazilian’s injury remained to be seen but after scan the club and fans should be fully aware of the extent of the injury.
With two goals scored and none conceded there is a high potential of Liverpool going to the top of the table baring Chelsea win.
