Manchester United interim boss Ole Gunnar Solskajer is in line to land the job as the Red Devils boss on a permanent deal but that is now being threatened at the moment.

Ole Gunnar Solskajer took over from Portuguese boss Jose Mourinho last year December and has since changed the story to winning all except one of the games he has handled. This has made the fans and pundits to consider him for the job on a permanent basis.

With the former player expected to prove himself once again, he is being threatened by the injuries of Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial knowing that the duo are a major part of his team.

The Red Devils are expected to face the West London outfit Chelsea in the FA Cup clash on Monday without both players and that is expected to reduce the strength of his squad. A defeat for the Red Devils in the game will mean a lot to his being recommended for the job.

The star players have been impressive for Ole Gunnar Solskajer and have contributed to the success of the team. Finding a replacement for the stars will be a problem and may slow down the progress of the team under the former player.
