Premier League giants Manchester United have reportedly made a major move to sign Lyon star Nabil Fekir this summer, as per reports.
Man United overtake Liverpool
According to French media reports, the Red Devils have allegedly made a transfer move to complete the signing of the attacker from the French side this summer transfer window.
French publication Le Progres, as cited by the Daily Express, is claiming that United have offered the attacker a transfer deal to link up with them this summer window.
Liverpool move collapsed
Fekir was heavily linked with a switch to Merseyside club Liverpool earlier this summer window but it is now being suggested that the attacker also has a transfer deal on the ground for him to join Man United after the ongoing FIFA World Cup.
The France international attacking midfielder who is currently in Russia with his national team was believed to be close to completing a switch to Liverpool in June but the proposed transfer failed at the last minute.
It is now being claimed that the midfielder could eventually join the Red Devils this summer window as Manchester United look to further reinforcements.
The same article states that Jose Mourinho’s men’s attempt to land Fekir this summer window is the latest move in a long line of bids for the attacker.
