Spanish defender Hector Bellerin is set to seal summer move away from Arsenal.

The defender reportedly considering his future with the club after what looks like a disappointing season in the English Premier League.

Quality right back

The Spaniard was regarded as one of Premier League’s finest right-backs when he signed a fresh deal extension in November 2016, but his recent performances have since dropped.

As a result, The Guardian claims that the 22-year-old defender is questioning his Arsenal future, and he could potentially prefer a summer switch to Italy with Juventus.

The right-sided Spaniard has been pursued by Juventus in the past two summer windows, and it is claimed that a transfer fee of about £45million could tempt Arsenal to do business.

French boss Arsene Wenger has struggled to keep his team together, and it seems for sure that the club are prepared for this worst finish in the English Premier League era under the tactician.

Top four finish uncertain

With a top-four finish on the Premier League log looking off the equation, and there are expected to be major changes to the squad, but the backline, in particular, is likely to be the main focus after letting in 39 goals in only 28 matches this season.

The player, rated £45million has more than four seasons remaining on his existing contract with Arsenal, and it will be exciting to see how the team handle the player’s situation in the summer, given they are lacking quality in the position.
