Former Man United star Gary Neville has blasted France international Paul Pogba for his woeful performance when his team faced Man City at the Old Trafford on Wednesday night.

The Red Devils were beaten 2-0 and the former Juventus player could not help his team out as he was not the player he is known for in the game.

Gary Neville has stated that the reason why Paul Pogba has been giving that level of performance is because of his wish to leave the club, stressing that he no longer has his mind at the club anymore.

It would be recalled that the World Cup winner fuelled speculations over his future when he openly claimed that he will like to work under football legend and La Liga outfit Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane.

It is also reported that his agent Mino Raiola has been working hard and fast to have his client leave the Old Trafford and that seems to have been yielded to by the Spanish side as they are reported to have launched an “Operation Pogba”.

However, Gary Neville stated that Paul Pogba remains a world class player despite his poor performance but noted that the problem is in the fact that he does not want to be at the Old Trafford any longer.
