Done deal! £30m-rated Chelsea target agrees transfer deal

Aleksandr Golovin to make a final decision to play for  AS Monaco over Chelsea.

The just concluded world cup in Russia brought out some new talents to the limelight for the world to see.

One of such talent is Russian midfielder, Aleksandr Golovin, who scored one goal with 2 assists in a game that saw Russia beat Saudi Arabia 5 goals to nothing.

The 23 CSKA player has been one of the most wanted midfielders since the end of the World Cup.

Two European clubs, English Premier League club Chelsea and French league club, AS Monaco, have shown interest to bring the player on board.

In fact, the two clubs have meet up with CSKA financial obligations which include a payment of c million as a transfer fee.

The final decision, however, remains with Golovin hands and now he has chosen to play for Monaco after he was guaranteed much playing time at the Ligue 1 club, as the Blues already have a new midfielder, Jorginho and are only trying to sign him as a supplement.

Had it been he chooses to play for Chelsea, he would have been in most cases come in as a substitute or he might not even play at all due to the intense competition for a place at Chelsea.
