Inter Milan star player Joao Mario has been in the news recently after emerging as a target for Manchester United.
The talented player has been heavily linked with the premier league heavyweights in recent times, and perhaps, he will move to Old Trafford next year.
Some days back, there were widespread reports that Manchester United are interested in the player’s signature and Inter could allow him to leave San Siro for €45 Million.
According to recent reports, the red devils can now sign the Portuguese international next year as it is understood that the Serie A club are looking to offload the Euro 2016 winner, with Man United being the only club mainly linked with him.
Calcio Mercato made it known that the Milan club are trying to raise funds by selling Mario when January comes.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Jose Mourinho’s side will send Herinkh Mkhitaryan over to San Siro, but it appears the Italian club are not interested in the Armenian playmaker, as they desire getting the right offer for Joao.
Mario has only started just 4 Serie A games for Inter Milan this season so far, but has managed to provide five assists to his teammates.
