A lot has been said about the current Arsenal team under their new manager Unai Emery since taking over the team in the summer.

Emery took over from former Manager Arsene Wenger having led the team for 22 years and was due to take a bow.

There were fears that the North London side will not survive the departure of the former French manager just like as it happened with Manchester United when former manager Alex Ferguson left the club but that did not happen.

The Spanish manager came in and enforced a pattern and quality in the team that has seen the players pick up their new forms and also have a stronger mentality that has kept them going.

The game against Liverpool on Saturday proves that something good has happened to the Emirates side which former Liverpool player Danny Murphy has attested to.

The former player noted that there has been progress at the club since the coming of the Spanish boss, adding that the energy and fitness of the Arsenal team is very visible.

Murphy stated that the Gunners have been able to prove a lot of people wrong despite losing their first two games to Manchester City and Chelsea consecutively.
